How does the visualising process work?
The process is broken down into stages which ensure that our client’s remain fully updated and consulted with the progress of the project.
Stage 1
We take a brief description of the scheme.
Our client supplies information to enable us to quote. Information may include PDF files of plans, elevations, cad files and sketches.
We supply a quotation via post or email (if deadlines are imminent) including suggested camera angles if for visuals.
Stage 2
Following agreement of our quotation, terms & conditions, we require the most current Cad plans and elevations, finishes specification, and any other appropriate information.
Stage 3
A 3D model is produced and camera positions located as per agreed views.
This is then supplied to the client for technical sign-off
Once sign-off is given we proceed to texture & light the model.
The model is then sent to the client for materials sign-off
Finally, when we have received material sign-off the image is finished, camera matched if located in photography, planting and life-styling added.
The image(s) are then supplied to our client for final comments.
Stage 4
Having achieved final sign-off the images are supplied in high resolution format on CD, DVD, uploaded to our FTP site or simply emailed. We also supply A4 colour prints at no extra charge to allow colour matching if the images are to be used in a brochure, for your records or your office wall.
Will the images have your logo on them?
No. All images supplied will be free from any reference to our company. We believe that if you’re happy with the results you’ll do our marketing for us!
Do you need a full set of Cad drawings to work from?
That would be ideal, but sometimes unrealistic. Increasingly clients are using our services as a design tool and as such we cannot expect a completed set of drawings. We understand that every project is unique and as such we supply quotations based upon the information supplied and a bespoke solution to each and every project.
Occasionally we are supplied with basic Sketch-up models, sketches and working closely with our clients we produce breath-taking images. Take a look at our case-study links.
How much does it cost?
Animated Remedy charge for time spent as opposed to number of images which we consider to be a fairer charging policy. As stated earlier, we offer a bespoke solution to each project and therefore are unable to provide a fee table. We aim to supply a quotation within 24 hours of receipt of information. Most fall into a 4 hour turn-around, however, this can depend on the complexity of a project.
A number of variables can affect costing and you may wish to give them some thought when considering the work you’d like us to produce for you:
If you are working to a budget please let us know. We can then discuss this with you and tailor our quote accordingly. Please call for further information.
